📋 Description

• Shape the Reachdesk Platform by turning complex customer and business problems into software products with measurable impact • Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification and discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement • Build context across customers, market, internal stakeholders, data, and technology to inform product decisions • Partner closely with Engineering and Design and align the wider business around product decisions • Set product direction and priorities using company goals, stakeholder needs, customer insight, market context, data, and technical considerations • Define problems and user experiences before solutions, creating clear stories, journeys, and shared context • Manage scope, make pragmatic trade-offs, and deliver valuable solutions at pace • Develop product opportunities with external technology partners, including shaping integrations and aligning roadmaps • Orchestrate launches and adoption across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other teams • Communicate product decisions, progress, risks, changes, and results clearly to leadership and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end, from identifying the right problems through delivery, adoption, and measurable customer and business outcomes • Strong problem-solving ability, including getting to the root of complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and using evidence and judgement to determine the right path forward • Independence and initiative; proactively seeking customers, stakeholders, data, and context while staying anchored to company goals and priorities • Strong business and commercial awareness • Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with Engineering, understand systems, integrations, and constraints, and contribute to solution and scope decisions • Exceptional communication skills across customers, engineers, leadership, and business teams • Ability to build productive relationships with technology partners and navigate product, technical, and commercial conversations • Strong sense of product and user experience
