📋 Description

• Act as the primary voice of dealer operations in product discussions • Provide structured input into the ARC platform roadmap and ensure international market nuances are reflected in product direction • Review and challenge product decisions that could create operational friction • Lead how retail operations and accounting connect within the ARC platform • Define and document stock-management processes from vehicle ordering and part-exchange through stocking plans and aged inventory • Identify and address integration gaps across retail, accounting, product, engineering, and implementation teams • Build standards and reference models for large enterprise dealer-group adoption • Drive transformation-focused engagement with prospective and existing enterprise customers • Develop transformation frameworks, operational blueprints, and change-readiness tools • Engage senior operational and finance stakeholders during pre-sales, onboarding, and post-go-live phases • Feed implementation and adoption insights back into the product cycle • Own the retail and operational perspective for UK and Canadian markets • Develop a scalable model for international retail-operations insight • Represent Tekion at industry events, dealer-group forums, and OEM discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, credible retail experience in automotive dealer operations • Subject matter expertise in sales administration, vehicle stock management, retail accounting integration, and front-of-house/back-office workflows • Knowledge of UK and Canadian regulatory, tax, and workflow differences • Experience with retail-accounting integration and enterprise dealer-group operations • Understanding of vehicle ordering, part-exchange, stocking plans, and aged inventory • Ability to identify integration gaps and misalignments between retail and accounting workflows • Ability to develop transformation frameworks, operational blueprints, and change-readiness tools • Ability to engage with senior operational and finance stakeholders • Detailed understanding of UK and Canadian market dynamics, including franchise agreements, VAT/GST treatment, stocking structures, and OEM relationships • Willingness to represent the company at industry events, dealer-group forums, and OEM discussions
