📋 Description

• Own relationships across the two largest home improvement retailers in the world • Drive 10% annual revenue growth and expand market share across both retail programs • Lead monthly and quarterly Joint Business Planning sessions with national account regional, district, and store partners • Set joint targets, align promotional calendars, and enhance category visibility • Analyze sales performance and lead generation via CRM to spot market trends • Build demand forecasts and optimize product positioning • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of remote Field Marketing Associates • Establish visit cadences, optimize territory routes, and hold team members accountable to growth targets • Conduct store visits and audit marketing displays • Lead Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions for retail floor associates • Travel up to 75% for store visits, regional meetings, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of account management, retail marketing, or district-level leadership experience • Direct experience managing accounts or operations for two of the largest home improvement stores is a massive plus • Proven track record leading structured Joint Business Planning sessions • Experience co-developing revenue targets with stores • Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing remote field marketing or sales representatives • High proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce • Ability and enthusiasm to travel up to 75% for store visits, regional meetings, and industry events like Home Shows
