📋 Description
• Supporting customer onboarding, installations, and system setups • Installing and configuring hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals) • Setting up software including Microsoft 365 and antivirus tools • Troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, and basic networks • Supporting escalated queries from 1st Line support • Assisting with cloud-based setups (e.g. Azure or similar platforms) • Supporting integrations and third-party systems • Visiting customer sites to install, test, and resolve issues • Maintaining clear documentation and knowledge articles
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in IT support, service delivery, or technical support roles • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach • Ability to manage your own workload and priorities • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) (nice to have) • Exposure to Microsoft 365 environments (nice to have) • Any experience with cloud platforms (nice to have)
