📋 Description

• Lead and manage IT projects and delivery teams • Take responsibility for the timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery of projects • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and a solution-oriented approach • Coordinate resources and work closely with internal departments and external partners • Identify risks and challenges and implement solutions to minimize issues • Maintain and expand client relationships through regular alignment and reporting • Support the continuous improvement of delivery strategies and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in project management and delivery management, ideally in an IT environment • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with international clients • Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken) • Independent working style, high level of self-motivation, and strong problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel when required
