📋 Description

• Develop strategies and project roadmaps • Manage and optimize internal processes and workflows • Work closely with clients and the team to ensure optimal project delivery • Plan and allocate tasks and manage capacity • Create and monitor timelines and project plans • Take responsibility for project progress and communicate with executive management • Support our delivery team by removing obstacles and enabling them to focus on delivery • Support our content teams during production days

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills • Confident in interacting with clients and internal teams • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Ability to explain complex issues clearly • Solution-oriented working style and quick grasp of new information • Remain calm and work in a structured way, even under pressure
