📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews • Translate business needs, product vision, and technical architecture into clear, actionable requirements • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and align business objectives with project outcomes • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and project leadership • Own and manage product backlogs, prioritizing work based on business value • Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams • Partner with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Engineering teams to refine requirements and remove ambiguity • Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements clarification • Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes • Support data transformation initiatives involving data mapping, migration, and system integrations • Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements and validate business outcomes • Ensure solutions align with customer needs and organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives • Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements • Hands-on experience with data mapping, data analysis, system integrations, and data transformation or migration projects • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Agile environments • Proven ability to define acceptance criteria and support successful project delivery • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Travel typically 5% or less a year • Preferred: experience supporting application modernization initiatives • Preferred: familiarity with .NET application environments • Preferred: exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services and architectures • Preferred: consulting or client-facing project experience
