📋 Description

• Design, launch, and analyze A/B test strategies for product features, engagement strategies, and onboarding improvements • Analyze click, engagement, and subscription data to uncover learner behavior and identify retention, platform experience, and onboarding opportunities • Define key metrics and success measures for product launches and track them over time • Interpret results to guide rollout recommendations, test iterations, and platform enhancements • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Academics • Identify, visualize, and extract KPIs for decision-making and action plans • Communicate insights to senior leadership and data-savvy and non-data-savvy audiences through concise data stories • Build robust Power BI reports enabling teams and partners to self-serve accurate data stories and trends • Respond to ad-hoc stakeholder requests and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment • Mentor junior analysts, including code development and review, Power BI reporting strategies, and consulting guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a consultative-style, data-driven business analytics role required • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based business supporting product analytics preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or Data Science) or relevant work experience in a fast-paced growth industry required • Ability to answer loosely defined business requests using complex datasets and statistical techniques • Proven record of client service and timely, insightful project delivery • Strong consulting skills • Ability to balance multiple tasks with minimal supervision • Strong leadership traits and ability to train and mentor junior analysts • Advanced data manipulation and extraction techniques • Strong understanding of analytic tools and one or more programming languages • Experience querying databases and building actionable data visualizations with Power BI or Tableau • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts • Ability to construct test designs and perform ad-hoc statistical analysis • Salesforce data and reports experience a plus • Python and BigQuery experience a plus • Subscription-based data experience a plus • Platform behavior data experience a plus • Must be able to travel occasionally if business needs arise • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
