📋 Description

• Develop new features for mobile app users, designed with high performance and scalability in mind • Collaborate with app engineers to define API contracts and optimize data flows • Drive backend performance through testing, monitoring, and robust CI/CD practices • Architect and develop event-driven microservices using RabbitMQ • Build and evolve the Backend for Frontend (BFF) layer to meet mobile-specific needs • Ensure software quality through automated tests (TDD/BDD preferred) • Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making • Engage in a culture of feedback, openness, and team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated seniority through impact, proactivity, and ownership • Proven expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Nest.js • Hands-on experience delivering production systems focused on API-first and scalable architectures • Comfortable with Python (bonus: AI/ML-powered personalization or recommendation systems) • DevOps mindset with experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience building robust APIs and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ) • Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption, secrets management) • Experience with observability tools (Kibana, Grafana) • Value clean code and strong test coverage; automated testing (TDD/BDD preferred) • Strong team player in a feedback-driven, collaborative culture
