📋 Description

• Help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations • Work alongside the sales team to introduce Redpanda to potential customers • Lead product and solution briefings • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) • Run live product demos • Prototype Redpanda integrations • Partner with product management, engineering, and support teams to solve customer challenges and improve customer experience • Identify and address customers' key technical objections • Develop strategies to address blockers to adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 3-8+ years of experience leading presentations, collecting requirements, developing solution architectures, and teaching prospective users or project teams how to use similar software • Comfortable developing and prototyping solutions in Java, Python, Go, and Javascript • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies; Kafka ecosystem preferred • Experience demonstrating technical concepts, including presenting and whiteboarding • Comfortable with Linux and Kubernetes • Proficient with one or more cloud providers: AWS, GCP, and Azure • Ability to build relationships with partners, customers, and open-source users • Flexibility to travel to meet customers, attend events or conferences • Current base in the United Kingdom, as indicated by the required application question
