📋 Description

• Define growth objectives with Reedsy’s management • Implement referral campaigns and drive user advocacy through Reedsy’s ecosystem • Grow the top of funnel through affiliates, influencers, brand partnerships, and publication partnerships • Create engaging social media content with the content team • Organize events • Explore new audiences and unproven community growth strategies • Grow Studio’s monthly active users into the millions and make Studio an essential app for authors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in growth or product marketing at a fast-paced startup • Knowledge of the craft of writing through personal experience or studies • Experience writing branded content (social and emails) • Experience in mobile video creation and editing • Strong ability to collect, analyze and report on performance data • Fluent in multiple languages (bonus) • Developed own creative project (bonus) • Ambition, willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor (bonus)
