📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations • Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation • Engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel as a credible peer • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, and solution alignment • Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity’s AI capabilities to legal use cases • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing customer engagement • Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes • Partner with Customer Success Managers to connect adoption with growth and measurable impact • Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering • Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable customer-engagement assets • Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable insights for legal professionals • Help customers understand how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products affect practice areas and workflows • Support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer currently admitted and in good standing to practice in at least one EMEA jurisdiction • Must hold an active practicing license, not solely an academic law degree • 3+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team • Litigation experience preferred • Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage legal and executive audiences • Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work • Experience in client-facing roles is a plus • Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional and fast-moving environments • Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR • First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows and regulatory investigations workflows
