📋 Description

• Identify strategic priorities, business needs, and pain points across RELX’s businesses • Lead end-to-end strategy projects from problem definition and structuring through executive recommendations and stakeholder alignment • Advise senior stakeholders, shape strategic choices, evaluate trade-offs, and challenge assumptions • Support blue-sky thinking on emerging technologies and trends • Communicate RELX and business-unit strategies through Board, investor, and annual strategic planning presentations • Lead and mentor junior team members • Facilitate knowledge sharing across internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy, management or financial consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or similar roles • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • MBA or equivalent preferred • Exceptional analytical skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Experience delivering varied projects to senior stakeholders • Project and time management skills, with ability to manage several projects concurrently • Strategic and tactical thinking, including attention to both big-picture and operational details • Experience managing and developing junior team members • Creative problem-solving ability • Internally motivated, positive, enthusiastic, proactive self-starter • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Collaborative, collegial working style • Attention to detail • Ability to communicate and lead projects in multicultural, multinational environments
