📋 Description

• Manage customer onboarding projects from initial handover through to completion • Understand customer requirements and configure the software to meet their needs • Deliver clear and engaging software training • Manage multiple onboarding projects and ensure agreed timescales are met • Provide customers with regular updates and respond to queries throughout onboarding • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers • Advise customers on workflows, system setup and best use of the software • Support additional training and consultancy requirements • Encourage adoption of new features and identify opportunities for additional services • Maintain accurate customer and project records • Share customer feedback and work closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales and Product teams • Support wider Customer Success projects where required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with customers at all levels • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously through completion • Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail • Confidence leading customer meetings and delivering training • Good problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions • Interest in software, technology and improving business processes • Genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience • Software onboarding or implementation experience would be beneficial but is not essential • SaaS or technology industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential • Experience delivering software training or demonstrations would be beneficial but is not essential • Knowledge of accounting or financial software would be beneficial but is not essential • Experience with accounts payable, purchase-to-pay or procurement processes would be beneficial but is not essential • Monday to Friday availability, 9:00am to 5:30pm UK Time
