📋 Description

• Visit new and existing commercial and domestic customers • Provide bird and rodent-proofing solutions, including bird netting, bird points, and rodent-proofing systems • Clear bird fouling and rodent droppings when required • Install pest control hardware such as external bait stations • Use the Flexi Armour system to prevent pest ingress • Support routine inspections and assist local technicians • Manage job safety and follow risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices • Work safely at heights and in confined spaces • As lead technician, oversee job progression from start to finish • Order materials and access equipment • Manage day-to-day operations independently when required • Provide excellent customer service and identify pest problems • Explore opportunities for new business and pass on sales leads

🎯 Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs • May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
