📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit (MEP focus) and AutoCAD • Interpret mark-ups and design changes to update drawings • Generate and maintain drawings and models for tender, construction, and installation phases • Translate hand sketches and engineering concepts into production-level drawings • Support compliance with QA/QC standards, BIM execution plans, and documentation requirements • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and site installation teams • Produce as-built documentation with installation engineers • Coordinate with external stakeholders and assist with clash detection, drawing review, and issue resolution • Own specific project design elements and deliver them to project milestones • Ensure outputs meet internal and client design standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a design environment • Previous work in the construction industry is required • Experience in data centre construction is a strong advantage • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications • Background in electrical design, security systems, or infrastructure design preferred • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, preferably MEP, and AutoCAD • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar model coordination platforms advantageous • Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu for markup and drawing review a plus • Solid understanding of BIM workflows and drawing standards; ISO 19650 desirable • Excellent attention to detail and drawing accuracy • Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving design challenges • Strong team-oriented collaboration skills • Effective time management and ability to deliver to deadlines • Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication skills
