📋 Description

• Enhance expertise on the EWT wind turbine platform • Guide the team through maintenance and troubleshooting tasks • Perform hands-on wind turbine maintenance • Resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Collaborate with remote support to analyse data and improve operations • Ensure turbines operate at peak performance and meet operational standards • Resolve issues identified during walk-downs • Mentor fellow technicians on wind-turbine-specific issues • Support the continuous development of the technical team • Travel to various sites and internationally when required • Participate in a weekend on-call rota

🎯 Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification or equivalent work experience in the wind industry • Essential experience in wind turbine troubleshooting • Experience resolving issues identified during walk-downs • Comfortable travelling to various sites as needed • Full UK driver’s license • Ability to travel internationally when required • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights • Willingness to participate in a weekend on-call rota • Strong communication and team collaboration skills • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to new challenges
