📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert in pest control strategies for specified market segments and lines of business • Develop and support implementation of service delivery protocols and processes • Monitor service performance against KPIs and problem-solve with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales • Perform site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestations • Develop and assist with deployment of corrective action plans • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to resolve actions and recommendations • Coach and develop Branch leaders in pest management competency and technician and sales colleague development • Develop SMART goals and monitor execution of action plans • Improve technical protocols and service delivery processes • Identify and recommend people, process, and technology improvement projects • Provide input on technical standards and standard operating procedures • Advise and support sales teams in business acquisition and customer experience improvement • Participate in trade associations, conferences, and symposiums • Develop publications and presentations for sales and marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum 5 yrs. of related structural pest management experience required • 2 years+ of structural pest management field experience • 1 years+ management experience required • Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences preferred, but not required • Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred • Strong project management skills • Strong change management skills • Written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of formal presentations • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems in a diverse and challenging environment • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence • Willingness to travel within the US 50–75% of the time or workweek hours • Ability to meet the stated physical demands and working conditions
