📋 Description

• Own searches end to end, including sourcing, screening, process management and closing • Build high-quality pipelines through outbound search, referrals and communities • Recruit across developer relations, forward deployed engineering, marketing, content and sales roles • Support deeper engineering hiring when needed • Assess candidates for technical comprehension and role-specific skills • Maintain hiring standards with hiring managers • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through offer • Keep recruiting processes organised, efficient and moving with substantial autonomy • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition, market insight and calibration

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience recruiting within early-stage and scaling startups, typically Seed to Series A-C • Track record of full-cycle recruiting delivery and independently owning searches • Experience recruiting for technical products such as developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, robotics or similar • Ability to assess technical comprehension and ask questions about technical substance • Comfort recruiting commercial and developer-facing roles, or genuine appetite to do so • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • High agency and ownership • Comfortable with changing priorities and regular new challenges • Willing and able to work with US time zones • Ability to work regular candidate calls around 5–7pm UK/Ireland time
