📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls • Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries • Follow clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements • Document customer interactions in CRM and scheduling systems • Escalate urgent concerns according to established procedures • Maintain a compassionate and professional tone during sensitive customer interactions • Support veterinary clinics with exceptional customer service • Manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations • Complete all stages of the hiring process, including resume review, questionnaire, video interview, live interview, and final interview

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in México • Previous call center or customer service experience • Previous remote work experience • Excellent English communication skills • Clear pronunciation with minimal accent • Strong listening and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow detailed procedures and workflows • Strong attention to detail • Professional and empathetic communication style • Comfortable handling emotional or sensitive customer conversations • Immediate availability preferred • Windows 11 computer (Mac not accepted) • Minimum 16 GB RAM • i5 processor or higher • Webcam • Wired USB headset • An additional monitor • Reliable wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable) • Quiet professional workspace • Backup power solution • All resumes must be submitted in English • Healthcare customer service experience preferred • Veterinary industry experience preferred • Medical office experience preferred • Appointment scheduling experience preferred • CRM experience preferred • Ticketing system experience preferred • Pet ownership or a strong passion for animals preferred
