📋 Description
• Own Grove’s FHIR data layer from resource design through system integration • Define how clinical data is modeled in FHIR R4 across every domain Grove touches • Build and maintain the integrations for FHIR data utility • Manage AWS HealthLake data layer and Canvas Medical SDK integration • Define FHIR contracts for AI agents and clinical analytics layer
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of production FHIR R4 implementation experience • AWS HealthLake hands-on experience • Canvas Medical SDK programming experience • Deep clinical resource fluency • FHIR Subscription and event-driven data flow experience • HIPAA-compliant data handling • Strong TypeScript or Python
