• Implement and execute the national brand strategy within your assigned territory. • Visit, acquire, and manage new customers in alignment with the strategy. • Develop, motivate, and coach the team to cultivate a strong “hunter” mentality and performance-driven culture. • Analyze KPIs, derive concrete actions, and organize meetings and training sessions to improve collaboration and results.
• Several years of experience in leading and developing teams with a proven track record of success. • Extensive sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector. • Strong communication skills and empathy, with confidence and effectiveness in networking. • Flexible and mobile, able to handle complex tasks with a high degree of initiative and reliability. • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media tools. • Very good written and spoken English. • Residence in southern Germany.
