📋 Description

• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within Salesforce • Source, engage, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity • Follow up with facilities and relevant stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels • Coordinate candidate and facility communication • Complete candidate reference checks • Follow up with candidates to ensure progression through recruitment • Monitor candidate progress and identify outstanding actions or delays • Work toward recruitment activity and interview targets • Attend weekly recruitment calls with facilities • Participate in regular team meetings and recruitment discussions • Provide updates on candidate pipelines, progress, and recruitment activity • Ensure follow-through on assigned candidates and recruitment tasks • Maintain responsiveness and availability during working hours • Collaborate with the Central Staffing and recruitment team to achieve hiring goals • Perform general recruitment administration and support as required

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience • Experience managing a high-volume candidate pipeline • Experience with ATS, CRM, recruitment, or candidate database systems • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities • Ability to work toward recruitment activity, sourcing, and interview targets • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team • Reliable, responsive, and accountable • Comfort with structured oversight, performance monitoring, and regular team communication • Resilience and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Availability to work US Hours (9am–5pm EST)
