📋 Description

• Responsible for growing Richelieu’s sales with cabinet makers, kitchen dealers, and architectural woodworkers • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives • Join team of Outside Sales Representatives on field sales calls • Provide ongoing training and development towards the sales team • Direct and monitor all sales activities for the region • Manage individual sales representative performance by setting clear expectations • Establish and monitor a proper product mix in order to maximize gross margin

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading an outside sales team within the building materials industry • A strong, prestige-less, hands-on leader and educator • Proactive and autonomous, also working well as part of a larger team • Developed analytical, planning, and monitoring skills • Experience in effectively utilizing and promoting the usage of a CRM system • This position may occassionally involve lifting/pushing/carrying up to 50 pounds
