• 4–6 years of experience in Proposal Writing, Pre-Sales, or Business Development Support (US Staffing/Consulting domain preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive approach with a strong “Can Do” personality and solution-oriented mindset. • Strong understanding of US IT staffing, roles, technologies, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and MSP/VMS processes. • Ability to create structured, persuasive, and compliant proposals under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Strong research skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for proposal creation, content enhancement, data extraction, or market research (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Writer, etc.). • Knowledge of proposal tools, CRM systems, or content management systems. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven US shift environment.
