📋 Description

• Partner with engineering and technical leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and hiring plans for software engineering, ML/AI, and engineering leadership. • Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques, technical community engagement, open source contribution analysis, and building robust talent pipelines for current and future technical needs. • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for complex technical roles, including coordinating technical interviews, coding assessments, and system design evaluations while ensuring exceptional candidate experience. • Serve as a talent partner to hiring managers and candidates on market trends, compensation benchmarking, technical role positioning, and competitive intelligence to facilitate successful placements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years technical recruiting experience. • You have an opinion on what good looks like and can articulate what it means with proven examples to back it. • Excellent relationship-building skills, adept at navigating technical communities and understanding engineering culture in fast-paced environments. • Data-driven approach to influence stakeholders; from aligning on total addressable market and target profiles to influencing process changes. • High performance recruiting in a high-growth startup or agency setting.
