📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key area of Rithum's commerce platform • Drive the long-term vision for an eCommerce platform using AI-first approaches • Synthesize client interviews, support tickets, and survey feedback with AI tools • Collaborate with engineering, product, vendors, designers, and cross-functional teams • Prioritize roadmap scope, sequencing, and trade-offs • Prototype and validate product concepts and workflows using AI tools • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch • Create and maintain PRDs, one-pagers, release notes, and other product documentation • Track development progress and report status to stakeholders • Support product testing, validation, QA, and release cycles • Champion client needs, triage requests, and build trusted client relationships • Influence stakeholders and secure alignment on product strategies and initiatives • Use AI-assisted data exploration and analysis to support evidence-based product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience within the SaaS industry with a complex enterprise-level product, preferably in eCommerce or marketplace platforms • Experience as a Product Manager working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms • Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including setting product goals, measuring results, and quantifying feature impact on the business • Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems, particularly unifying multiple platforms • Proven experience supporting team-based projects and contributing to technical teams • Experience using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research into structured themes, opportunity areas, and/or prioritization inputs • Experience prototyping product concepts or workflows using AI tools • Proven use of AI to accelerate documentation workflows while maintaining quality and editorial judgment • Comfort using AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analysis • Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams • Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all organizational levels • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools • Experience collaborating with large clients • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Up to 10% travel required • Bachelor's or advanced degree is preferred, not required
