📋 Description

• Supporting senior cost manager / associate on projects (multi-unit logistics developments). • Pre and Post contract Quantity Surveying duties. • Involvement in Pre-Construction cost planning and estimating. • Involvement in Post contract financial management. • The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project. • Building and maintaining client relationships. • To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline. • MRICS or studying towards. • Previously employed by a consultancy or contractor in a similar role. • Some experience of industrial, manufacturing, logistics projects desirable. • Experience in site earthworks, utilities, highways, and vertical build desirable. • Some experience / knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. • A track record of working with teams to prioritise workloads and deliver to deadlines. • Recognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors. Recognised as a team player with a strong willingness to learn. • Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
