📋 Description

• Support the successful delivery of Data Centre projects. • Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying & Cost Management duties. • Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget. • Client relationship management and development. • Comply with established Commercial, Procurement, Contractual strategies. • To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline. • Chartered / Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent),or studying toward. • Experience of supporting/delivery of MEP packages. • Data Centre experience. • Recognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors. • Recognised as a team player with a strong willingness to learn. • Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
