📋 Description

• Leading the successful delivery of MEP packages and projects from a cost management / quantity surveying perspective. • The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project. • Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying • Strategic cost planning and management • Procurement and contract administration • Financial reporting and risk management • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration • Benchmarking and market intelligence • Systems and process improvement • Compliance and governance • Contribute to the financial performance of projects and the wider business, including revenue and profitability • Promote efficiency, effectiveness and best practice across projects and teams • Keep up to date with current thinking and best practice within the discipline • Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget • Comply with established Commercial, Procurement, Contractual strategies • To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline. • Preferably Chartered via RICS or another relevant professional body, or studying toward. • Strong technical delivery experience. • MEP Cost Management experience. • Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery. • Previously employed by a consultancy, specialist MEP firm / contractor. • Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts. • A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
