📋 Description

• Own and drive the execution of business strategy across the region, identifying risks, opportunities and structural improvements that unlock sustainable growth. • Act as the voice of the retail channel, shaping business-wide decisions by translating field insight into clear strategic recommendations. • Drive regional delivery of sales budgets, LFL growth, ATV, AUS and conversion through strategic direction, insight-led prioritisation and Area Manager enablement. • Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Compliance leaders to strengthen regional controls, mitigate risk and embed scalable, best-in-class operating standards. • Build a high-performing leadership pipeline by developing Area Managers as commercial leaders, coaches and change drivers.
