📋 Description

• Ensures PMO governance, reporting, RAID management, planning, and resource management processes enable successful delivery against agreed contractual and business objectives • Drives the continuous improvement and standardisation of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies • Provides expert guidance to account and programme leadership on governance, risk exposure, planning, and performance visibility • Leads and oversees PMO reporting across programmes and/or accounts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment to stakeholder needs • Mentors and supports PMO team members, fostering capability development and high performance • Ensures all PMO outputs are insight‑driven, decision‑focused, and fully compliant with PPM organisational standards and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering PMO services within complex project or programme environments • Strong knowledge of: Governance and control • Reporting and performance management • Resource management • Relevant project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile) • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability • Expectations of a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving and effective communication in formal and informal settings • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance
