📋 Description

• Own and evolve RoomPriceGenie's visual identity and full visual system • Present proactive brand direction to the CMO, CEO, and executive team • Develop, commission, and direct high-stakes campaign visuals, brand films, event creative, and executive presentations • Set creative briefs, initiate creative processes, maintain standards, and approve outputs • Set visual creative direction for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube with Content and Demand • Build and evolve AI-powered creative infrastructure, including brand-trained models, prompt libraries, and self-serve templates • Put on-brand design capability in the hands of non-design teams • Own creative quality, brand fidelity, and adoption; measure on-brand business output • Run brand fidelity checks across channels, regions, and partners • Update AI models and templates as needed • Partner with Product on connected visual brand development for the platform and external marketing • Commission and direct freelance creative talent • Help establish a distinctive, vibrant, and recognisable hospitality-tech brand

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in brand design • Portfolio demonstrating strategic brand thinking and high-level hands-on creative execution • Proven track record specifically in brand design, including visual identity work • Experience building AI-driven design systems, prompt libraries, brand-trained generative models, AI-powered template frameworks, or visual toolkits • Strong creative instinct and ability to articulate visual design decisions • Hands-on ability to concept and create visual work personally • Experience building visual imaging systems, template frameworks, design tokens, and channel adaptation rules • Core use of AI generative tools such as CanvaAI, Figma, ElevenLabs, or Claude Design • Experience commissioning and directing freelance creative talent • Motion and video creative direction experience advantageous • B2B SaaS, tech, or hospitality-tech brand experience advantageous • Experience building self-serve Canva or Figma template systems advantageous • Knowledge of or curiosity about the independent hotel market advantageous • Must be eligible to work where they live; RoomPriceGenie does not offer sponsorship
