📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize daily administration across dual Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 setups • Control the full identity and access management (IAM) lifecycle, managing accounts, group permissions, and authentication controls for internal staff and external partners • Oversee licensing, vendor contracts, and tool allocations • Provision, secure, and support Windows, macOS, Debian, Red Hat, and Arch laptop and desktop fleets • Manage iOS and Android mobile endpoints, including automated enrollment, profile policies, remote management, and user troubleshooting • Build, audit, and maintain secure baseline configurations for hardware and software • Design and govern collaborative workspaces and file-sharing structures • Monitor system health, respond to operational incidents, and liaise with third-party vendors to resolve outages or service issues • Standardize administrative workflows and use scripting or native automation to eliminate manual tasks • Partner with Product, Software, and Strategy teams to test, evaluate, and roll out new technologies or system upgrades • Author technical standards, standard operating procedures, and end-user self-service guides • Advocate for data security and workplace productivity best practices while supporting ethical and environmental commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing hybrid productivity suites (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365) in a corporate setting • Strong understanding of directory services, single sign-on (SSO), and access control frameworks • Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and diverse Linux environments • Mindset focused on process simplification, standardized configurations, and workflow automation • Ability to write clean technical documentation and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
