📋 Description
• Advancing the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions opportunity pipeline • Cultivating strategic, long‑term commercial relationships across North America • Leading the sourcing and development of M&A opportunities through proactive market engagement • Evaluating potential targets for strategic and financial alignment • Overseeing initial commercial due diligence • Delivering high‑impact insights and executive‑ready materials • Working in close partnership with Corporate Development, M&A Transactions, and cross‑functional leadership
🎯 Requirements
• University Degree or equivalent • 3-5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development in the energy/utilities/industrial technology sector • Proven track record of leading transactions and strategic initiatives • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with in-depth understanding of industrial technology trends • Experience working in a global environment and matrixed organisation
