• Support the implementation of maternal and infant health programs and initiatives • Manage specific projects and initiatives aligned with March of Dimes mission priorities and the state strategy • Work with community partners and the Director to support identification of priority populations and program opportunities • Coordinate with the Director on program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation • Provide program updates, reports, and impact stories that highlight community outcomes and progress • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, maternal and child health organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders • Support the recruitment and engagement of volunteers and partners
• 2-4 years’ experience in maternal/child health program planning and implementation • Experience in community engagement • Familiar with the geography, key institutions and key partners and volunteers • Experience convening partners, and conducting meetings with internal and external partners • Ability to identify and recruit lead volunteers • Four-year degree or equivalent experience, Masters preferred
