🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. • Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and/or quality assurance (required). • Experience in the Contract Research Organization industry with a proven track record of successful client engagements and sales in Clinical Trials (required). • 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in life sciences or healthcare consulting. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales productivity tools. • Experience reviewing or developing sales contracts (preferred). • Ability to manage multiple client relationships while consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets. • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role. • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to identify and act on new business opportunities with a solutions-oriented approach. • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. • Proactive and results-driven with a customer-first mindset. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and teams across an organization.
