📋 Description

• Build relationships across business and technology teams to create shared understanding • Engage stakeholders early to identify needs, shape direction and support successful outcomes • Explore, analyse and validate business needs • Define problem statements and desired outcomes using structured Business Analysis techniques • Define and document business needs, requirements and solution scope • Produce clear, testable requirements and maintain traceability from business need to delivered value • Collaborate with business SMEs, architects and engineering teams to enable effective solutions • Support delivery through the full lifecycle • Partner with global stakeholders on digital commerce and customer-focused initiatives • Improve online customer experiences and business performance • Help measure benefits and demonstrate value delivered • Apply consistent BA frameworks, standards and methodologies • Contribute to continuous improvement of the BA practice and communities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of business priorities, objectives and outcomes • Experience translating business needs into clear, testable requirements between business and technology stakeholders • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital commerce, eCommerce, customer experience, or customer-focused environments • Experience working on global or multi-market initiatives across multiple regions and functions • Understanding of digital customer journeys and supporting technologies • Experience owning requirements through the full delivery lifecycle and aligning them to business outcomes and benefit realisation • Knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks, standards and methodologies • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence at all levels • Collaborative, curious and outcome-focused mindset aligned to RS Values • Professional BA qualifications such as BCS or IIBA are desirable
