📋 Description

• Sell and service Group Products to producers within the assigned territory • Sell Company products and achieve sales goals by line of business • Develop brokers within the sales territory • Adhere to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures • Follow company underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business • Provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary • Assist the Regional Sales Manager with general sales office operations as requested

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred • Minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience • Sales and service experience with group products • Ability to travel up to 50% • Ability to adhere to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures • Ability to adhere to company underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business • Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company
