📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical guidance and solutions on performance and environment issues to resolve impacts to teams and end users. • Lead root cause investigation and corrective action reports with regards to outages and urgent issues impacting end users. • Maintain configuration management documentation of architecture items such as all application environments, components, and software modules. • Interface between support team and datacenter teams that support the architecture. • Develop and coordinate application and OS deployments schedules and assignees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience in managing PTC Windchill and other engineering applications for a large company on Red Hat Linux and Microsoft Windows. • Ability to lead software infrastructure and application deployments related to complex enterprise PLM environments. • Knowledge and experience deploying, administering and upgrading a complex PLM system and Oracle RDBMS. • Ability to identify and resolve critical issues relating to hardware/software implementations. • Experience with Engineering architecture and design concepts especially in the US Aerospace and defense sector. • Experience with developing automations based on bash, ant, Java, PL/SQL, and/or XML. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, customer support environment and with all levels of the organization. • Detailed working knowledge of Atlassian suite in combination with Agile methodologies
