📋 Description

• Build, deploy, and maintain automated inbound and outbound GTM workflows across generative media and LLMs • Identify opportunities to acquire, activate, convert, and expand customers • Study customer journeys and audit funnel and go-to-market systems • Test customer segments and buying signals and prioritize work based on commercial impact • Build integrations between CRM, research tools, and internal systems • Automate enrichment, deduplication, and account matching with validation, monitoring, and error handling • Source and research accounts and identify relevant buyers • Turn buying signals into targeted outreach in collaboration with Sales and Marketing • Track sign-ups, first API calls, stalled model evaluations, and sustained production usage • Define account scoring, routing, and Sales handoffs • Identify expansion and retention opportunities from workload and usage signals • Build workflows with Sales and Customer Success to promote additional models or modalities • Automate account research, call preparation, and routine CRM updates • Ship prototypes, gather feedback, drive adoption, and document and maintain systems • Define hypotheses, baselines, and success metrics for experiments • Track qualified pipeline, conversion to paid usage, expansion, revenue, and operating costs • Use controlled comparisons where practical and retire ineffective workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building GTM systems with measurable commercial impact • Experience improving acquisition, conversion, expansion, retention, or sales productivity • Understanding of account targeting and qualification • Ability to write scripts, query data, and work directly with APIs and webhooks • Ability to choose between off-the-shelf automation tools and custom code • Experience deploying AI workflows or tools and evaluating output quality and commercial impact • Ability to investigate ambiguous growth problems, test assumptions, and run structured experiments • Ability to independently prioritize work and deliver measurable outcomes • Experience building validation, error handling, and monitoring into workflows • Understanding of data permissions, suppression lists, and email deliverability • Ability to learn a technical product, test an API, and communicate with developers and commercial teams • Understanding of model quality, latency, reliability, and cost • Experience with enrichment, automation, and CRM platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or Salesforce • Experience growing an API product, developer tool, AI service, or similar usage-based business • Familiarity with generative media, LLM applications, inference APIs, and moving models from evaluation into production
