📋 Description

• Implement account-specific programs involving workflows, technology, project management, and vendors • Achieve profitability, client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and quality targets • Provide input into program strategy across programs of varying size and complexity • Build and manage Project Management teams and serve as the main escalation point for account-related issues • Oversee program execution and monitor performance against targets • Partner with Strategic Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality Management to achieve revenue and profitability targets • Apply correct processes, methodologies, and risk assessments across projects • Plan staffing and cross-training using revenue forecasts and sales pipeline data • Identify and mitigate risks proactively with cross-functional teams • Plan and execute approved account opportunities and implementations with minimal support • Own the operational component of client relationships and participate in client meetings, status updates, and Business Reviews • Manage deliverable deficiencies, internal escalations, root cause investigations, and CAPA reports • Mentor and motivate Associate Program Managers and Project Management team members • Ensure training, development, and succession planning • Conduct performance reviews and manage performance follow-up • Promote RWS values and keep stakeholders informed about critical account activities, threats, opportunities, and recommended actions

• Ability to provide leadership for employees and provide clear direction while meeting goals and objectives respectfully • Ability to communicate with, train, and lead employees through changes in procedures, client requirements, and production processing issues • Ability to make decisions and lead employees through job-related issues • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to prioritize and coordinate competing work demands and maintain composure under pressure • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills • Ability to carry out written and oral instructions • Ability to analyze key performance indicators and other metrics • Ability to effectively complete root cause analysis • Ability to understand, apply, and use personal computers and software applications • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company financial and other sensitive information • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of individuals • Teamwork and consensus-building skills, with ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships • Ability to resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently • Familiarity with inter-departmental functions to manage projects and supervise staff effectively • Ability to develop systems and processes from the ground up, communicate them outwardly, and gain colleague and supervisor support • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision
