📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure developer platforms across cloud and hybrid environments • Implement tools such as Terraform to standardize infrastructure as code across teams and environments • Build intuitive self-service capabilities, including AI/agentic tooling • Modernize legacy workloads and help teams adopt cloud-native practices • Mentor engineers and collaborate with technical leads on complex problems • Improve platform speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency • Support RWS operations and end users through Product & Technology platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in GCP • Solid background in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability • Track record of contributing to and delivering key components of developer platforms and self-service tools • Strong background in a coding language and software development • Understanding of how AI development harnesses might be built into shared platform capabilities • Ability to connect team-level technical decisions to broader platform strategy • Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and improving the developer experience
