📋 Description

• Prepare accounts for new business and renewals as directed by the broker • Initiate renewal reviews to deliver optimal client coverage and suggest client-retention steps • Support brokers in creating market submissions and quote cover letters • Review received documents for accuracy • Build relationships with brokers and proactively support business needs • Collaborate with brokers to drive renewals and solicit new business through client referrals • Prepare new-business strategies, proposals, and presentations • Evaluate and mitigate account risks • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies • Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems • Generate performance and portfolio-trend reports • Collaborate with internal teams to meet contractual obligations • Resolve invoicing issues with Premium Accounting stakeholders • Communicate on notices of cancellation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Insurance industry with a Bachelor’s degree • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred • Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered • Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses • Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) preferred • Commercial Insurance License (CIL) preferred • Ability to execute trades, manage accounts, and navigate regulatory compliance • Ability to review policy documents and invoices • Ability to evaluate and mitigate account risks • Ability to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies
