📋 Description

• Saaf Finance is building the AI workforce for the mortgage industry, reimagining how loans are underwritten and processed. • Backed by leading financial institutions, we’re scaling fast and looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to build the infrastructure behind one of the most data- and automation-intensive platforms in fintech. • What You Will Do: • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure, including VPCs, Lambda, RDS, S3, and IAM, using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • Build and optimize CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions for both backend services and frontend deployments. • Manage containerized (ECS/Fargate) and serverless (Lambda) deployments with zero-downtime release strategies. • Implement production-grade monitoring, logging, and alerting with CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK, or similar tools. • Automate infrastructure tasks, feature flagging, and infrastructure provisioning. • Ensure cloud security best practices across IAM, network segmentation, and secrets management using SSM or Secrets Manager. • Support data pipelines and analytics infrastructure, including ETL jobs, Snowflake, and dbt workflows. • Collaborate with engineering, data, and QA teams using Notion and Linear to deliver smooth, reliable releases.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles. •Proficient in AWS with strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform preferred). •Strong CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions. •Experience with containerization and serverless architectures. •Skilled in monitoring, logging, and incident management. •Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Node.js. •Knowledge of cloud security principles, least privilege, and compliance requirements. •Experience with Snowflake and data engineering workflows (ETL, dbt). •Exposure to Kubernetes and orchestration tools. •Understanding of serverless event-driven pipelines (Step Functions, Temporal).
