• As our Sales Enablement Manager , you’ll be at the centre of driving performance across New Logo, Client Growth, and Partnership teams. • You won’t just support our sellers — you’ll empower them to communicate Safeguard Global’s value with confidence and impact in every client conversation. • You’ll coach Account Executives, Account Managers, Business Development Reps, and Sales Leadership, turning potential into performance and skills into results. • This is a hands-on, high-impact role — part strategist, part coach, part facilitator — where your work directly fuels success. • Your mission is clear: equip, empower, and inspire every seller across EMEA to win, every single time. • Design and deliver high-impact enablement plans that drive regional growth and align seamlessly with our global sales strategy. • Coach and develop sales talent 1:1 , helping them master discovery, articulate value, and close deals with confidence. • Lead dynamic, engaging group training across EMEA (both live and virtual) - building stronger, more consistent sales capabilities. • Embed value-based selling methodologies (Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN) into day-to-day sales activities to maximise impact. • Partner with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps , define key competencies, and support continuous development. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure messaging is aligned and customer communications are consistent. • Measure and optimise enablement impact using data-driven insights on win rates, deal velocity, and time-to-productivity. • Accelerate onboarding and certification programmes , helping new hires ramp quickly, gain confidence, and start delivering results sooner.
• Proven track record in sales enablement , with hands-on experience in sales ideally within global B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or consultative sales environments. • Deep expertise in value-based selling frameworks , with hands-on experience embedding them across diverse teams. • Demonstrated ability to boost sales performance and close rates through targeted coaching and strategic enablement programmes. • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills , able to engage, influence, and inspire colleagues across cultures. • Data-driven mindset , turning performance insights into actionable coaching and measurable results. • Fluent in English , with additional European languages considered a strong plus. • Thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments , navigating multiple stakeholders with confidence. • Passionate about learning and development , bringing energy and motivation that elevates the whole team.
