📋 Description

• Manage the strategic efforts required to deliver SailPoint’s identity security solutions and support customer journeys • Own services portions of sales deals, including presentations, RFP responses, and proposal/SOW generation • Interact with sales representatives and leadership during pre-sales and post-sales delivery phases • Serve as senior point of contact for client escalations • Oversee team project financials, profitability, and productivity • Coordinate with the Resource Management Office to prioritize staff resources • Provide project management for customer engagements as needed • Provide strategic client-performance updates to senior management, account teams, and Sales Managers • Partner with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction throughout implementations • Identify opportunities to expand SailPoint solutions and services and grow revenue • Manage the team, including staffing decisions, utilization management, performance reviews, and career development • Coach Engagement Managers and project team members • Participate in recruiting and employee development activities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience at a cyber security, SaaS, or software consulting company • 3+ years of project management experience • 2+ years of people management experience • Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement • Experience with project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management • Exceptional communication skills and experience working with clients and partners • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities • Experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software • Fluent in French and English • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
