• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis. • Address each customer's and partner's unique inquiries with accurate information. • Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory. • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through partners. • Pursue all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated. • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to the customer. • Ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of accounts including new sales opportunities. • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle including qualifying, presentations, and negotiations. • Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategy. • Present SailPoint value proposition effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required) • Must be highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions • Ability to analyze prospects’ needs • Experience in providing superior customer experience • Ability to create territory or opportunity plan and execute it effectively • Capability to engage with customers and business partners strategically. • Fosters a deep understanding of territory including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors. • Utilize all channel management and reporting tools, including accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene.
• Business travel of approximately 50 percent yearly is expected for this position.
