📋 Description

• Build and improve core marketplace features in PHP (Laravel) • Develop tools that streamline logistics, warehouse operations, and order flows • Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring • Participate in architectural decision-making as we scale our systems • Write clean, maintainable, testable code that supports long-term growth • Work with MySQL and Redis to build fast, scalable APIs and background workers • Improve performance, reliability, and system resilience across the platform • Use CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to ensure smooth and safe deployments • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in a flat structure • Participate in code reviews and help uphold good engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications or backend systems • Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL) • Experience working with queues, workers, and caching (Redis) • You enjoy solving problems and making processes smoother • You’re comfortable owning features end-to-end • You communicate clearly in English • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
