📋 Description

• Perform on-site maintenance, calibration, repair, and functional testing of pipettes • Manage on-site maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of pipettes • Diagnose errors and determine effective solutions • Produce detailed service reports and issue certificates of analysis promptly • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, UKAS requirements, and internal SOPs • Collaborate closely with the technical team and share insights across the organisation • Build strong customer relationships, drive satisfaction, and support customer retention • Service customers across the North of England and into Scotland

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with laboratory equipment or other technical equipment is beneficial but training will be provided • Field service experience in pharmaceutical, biological or chemical industries is desirable; candidates from manufacturing, electronics and other sectors are welcome to apply • Experience working with industry standards such as UKAS, ISO or equivalent would be preferable • Strong troubleshooting, testing and servicing skills • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing schedules and travel as needed • Customer focused communicator who can explain technical issues clearly and professionally • Hold a valid UK driving license • Right to work in the UK • Comfortable with significant travel across assigned regions and regular overnight stays
